Tofu Scramble

  • 1 Package of Franklin Farms Extra Firm Tofu

  • 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil

  • 1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder

  • 1 Teaspoon of Onion Powder

  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Turmeric for color

  • Fresh Parsley

  • Salt & Pepper

    In a medium size pan, heat oil on medium-high heat. Add the block of tofu. Using a spoon, crumble the tofu until it resembles a scramble. Sauté for a few minutes and add seasoning. Sauté for an additional few minutes and add desired veggies like tomatoes or peppers. Serve on toast or fold into a breakfast burrito.
