Spicy Tuna Sliders

  • 1 Package of Franklin Farms Jalapeño Plant-Based Tuna

  • ¼ Cup of Cooked Rice

  • 3 Tablespoons of Plant-Based Mayo

  • 1 Tablespoon of Sriracha

  • 1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder

  • 1 Teaspoon of Onion Powder

  • 1 Tablespoon of Flour

  • 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil

  • Slider Buns

    In a mixing bowl, combine plant-based tuna, rice, mayo, sriracha, seasonings and flour together until well combined. Using a scoop, create slider-sized patties and set aside. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Once the oil is ready, add in the tuna patties and cook on both sides until golden brown (about 3 minutes on each side). Once finished, add the patties to toasted slider buns and top with your desired toppings (greens, jalapeno, avocado, sauce).
