Portabella Veggie Ball & Zucchini Naan Pizza

  • 3 Franklin Farms Portabella Veggie Balls

  • 1 Large Naan bread

  • 1\2 cup zucchini, sliced thin

  • 1\3 cup alfredo sauce

  • Parmesan Cheese

  • Salt and Pepper

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread alfredo sauce evenly on naan bread. Arrange the zucchini by overlapping each zucchini until naan is covered. Add crumbled veggie balls and sprinkle with desired amount of parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
