Mediterranean Veggie Patty
Serves 4
- 1 Package of Franklin Farms Mediterranean Style Veggie Burger, prepared 
- Mixed Greens 
- Thin Sliced Cucumber 
- Thin Sliced Tomatoes 
- Pickled Red Onions 
- Bun 
- Greek Topping - 1\2 cup of kalamata olives, chopped 
- 1\2 cucumber, dice 
- Small tomato, diced 
- Vegan Feta crumbles 
- 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil 
 
For the Greek topping, combine all ingredients together and set aside. Cook the patty according to package directions. Build the burger by adding a small amount of mixed greens to the bottom bun followed by tomato, cucumber and pickled onions. Top with the patty followed by a few scoop of the Greek topping.
