Mediterranean Veggie Patty

Serves 4

  • 1 Package of Franklin Farms Mediterranean Style Veggie Burger, prepared

  • Mixed Greens

  • Thin Sliced Cucumber

  • Thin Sliced Tomatoes

  • Pickled Red Onions

  • Bun

  • Greek Topping

    • 1\2 cup of kalamata olives, chopped

    • 1\2 cucumber, dice

    • Small tomato, diced

    • Vegan Feta crumbles

    • 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil

For the Greek topping, combine all ingredients together and set aside. Cook the patty according to package directions. Build the burger by adding a small amount of mixed greens to the bottom bun followed by tomato, cucumber and pickled onions. Top with the patty followed by a few scoop of the Greek topping. Top with the other bun and enjoy!
