Herb Ranch Dip

  • 1\2 Package of Franklin Farms Chickpea Tofu

  • Juice from 1 lemon

  • 2-4 Tablespoon of Olive Oil

  • 2 Tablespoon of Water

  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt

    Ranch Seasoning

    o   2 Tablespoons Dried Parsley

    o   1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder

    o   1 Tablespoon of Dried Chives

    o   1 Teaspoon of Dried Dill

    o   1 Teaspoon of Onion Powder

    o   1 Teaspoon of Black Pepper

    *A ranch packet could be used instead (not Vegan), or another ranch seasoning recipe could be used.

    Add the Chickpea Tofu, lemon juice and water to a food processor. Combine until smooth. Add in the olive oil starting with 1 tablespoon. Increase the amount of olive oil if you want a smoother dip or only use 2 tablespoons of oil if you prefer a thicker spread. Add in the seasoning starting with 1 tablespoon and increase the seasoning if preferred. Serve with veggies and pita. Enjoy!
