Crispy Chickpeas & Edamame

  • 1 Package of Franklin Farms Shelled Edamame

  • 1 16oz can of Garbanzo Beans, drained

  • 2 Teaspoons of Garlic Powder

  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

  • 1\4 cup of grated or finely shredded parmesan cheese

  • Salt and Pepper

  • Olive Oil


    Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, combine the edamame and garbanzo beans. Add enough olive oil to coat the edamame and garbanzo beans. Add seasonings, cheese and salt and pepper to taste and toss together to coat. Arrange the mix on a non-stick baking sheet and bake for 30 to 40 minutes. If you prefer an extra crispy snack, bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes. Pair with assorted cheeses, olives and fruit or toss on a salad!
