Chicken Style Seitan Tacos
1 Package of Franklin Farms Chicken Style Seitan
Corn or Flour Tortillas
1 Package of Angel Hair Cabbage Coleslaw
3 Radishes, sliced thin
1 Tomato, diced
Small bunch of Cilantro, chopped
4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
3 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper
Heat 2 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once the skillet is hot, add the chicken style seitan and sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side. While the seitan is cooking, add the coleslaw mix, radishes, tomato, cilantro, remaining olive oil, vinegar, garlic powder, salt and pepper to a bowl and combine. Heat the tortillas according to package directions and build the tacos by adding a scoop of coleslaw followed by the Chicken Style Seitan. Serve with your favorite dip such as guacamole, salsa or vegan ranch!
