Buffalo Chik’n Egg Rolls


Start by crumbling the Chik’n Seitan into a bowl. Add the cream cheese, hot sauce, cheese and seasonings. Using a spatula, mix all ingredients together until well-combined. Arrange a couple egg roll wrappers onto your counter. Assemble the egg rolls by placing the egg roll wrappers in a ‘diamond’ shape. Add about 3 tablespoons of mixture to the egg roll wrapper. Using water, lightly brush the corners of the wraps with water. To fold the egg rolls, start by bringing the bottom up followed by bringing the two sides in, then roll. Continue to assemble all egg rolls until mixture is gone.

Spray air-fryer basket with olive oil spray and arrange the egg rolls in a single layer. Spray the egg rolls again to help the egg rolls become crisp and golden. Air-fry at 400° for 4 minutes and turn. Spray the egg rolls again and air-fry for another 4 minutes. Repeat process until all egg rolls have been air fried. Serve with a side of ranch and celery.
